Big Jump in Calls

There was quite a big jump in calls to the PCSO this past week. We haven’t had this many since late May and early June. We’ve been averaging 10 calls per week for the last six weeks. So jumping to 19 calls warrants some attention.

Out of the ordinary were two vehicle thefts and an explosive device. Judging from the media alert it sounds like the explosive device has happened in the past (on Tuesdays) but I don’t recall it coming across in the reports from the PCSO.

We will give a heads up to the COPS volunteers and ask them to review the maps and adjust their patrols accordingly for San Tan Heights.
