October Diabetes Class Focuses on Managing the Disease

FLORENCE – The Pinal County Public Health Services District is pleased to announce October’s diabetes classes will give attendees tips on managing their disease.

Managing Diabetes; The Basics will be taught by Steri Steincamp, MS, RDN. The class will cover monitoring blood glucose levels, hypoglycemia, physical activity, diet, medications and lab results.

These classes are open for everyone who has diabetes and is a good chance to talk with other people who suffer from the disease.
